The emblematic Madrid terrace El Cielo de Alcalá proposes for the days of Madrid Hotel Week, an experience that is becoming a tradition and returns with more strength this winter. This is its irresistible Fondue Experience, which invites you to enjoy the best panoramic views of Madrid, which extend from the Parque del Retiro to the mountains, through the rooftops and skyline of Madrid, while tasting a cheese fondue or Swiss chocolates.

This complete menu features a delicious fondue of melted Appenzeller and Gruyer Swiss cheeses, with baby potatoes, diced bread, vegetables and pickles. The fondue is accompanied by two salads, an arugula, parmesan and truffle salad and a salad of lamb's lettuce, egg, bacon and crispy bread.

Of course, to make it a total fondue menu, for dessert: a Valrhona 70% chocolate fondue. Variety of seasonal fruit, Masmelos and Mini donuts. And as a novelty, this season includes: churros! Dare to spread them in cheese or chocolate. We pair the experience with a bottle of white wine to share.
