CoZido Canalla is a unique gastronomic experience that transforms the concept of traditional stew, usually enjoyed in the cold season, to a stew that can be enjoyed in all seasons of the year with a presentation that leaves no one indifferent.

It starts with an aperitif of vermouth, accompanied by some croquettes of stew to whet your appetite. Then come the 3 "vuelcos" that will knock your socks off: the first consists of a broth served in an original Mason jar. The second "vuelco" brings chickpeas accompanied by vegetables, but all wrapped in an innovative cabbage papillote, tempura and crunchy. Amazing! The main course surprises with a skewer of Guadarrama beef, an added luxury of excellent quality. To finish, the emblematic cheesecake of our chef Ignacio Martínez is served, a delight to the palate.
