The Rosewood Villa Magna hotel offers a gastronomic tour of its four outlets, where you can enjoy a selection of small tapas, each accompanied by its corresponding drink. This culinary tour has a total duration of 2 hours, with an approximate stay of 30 minutes in each of the spaces.
The tour will start at Amós restaurant, where you can taste our Cantabrian sea and mountain. Then you can head to Las Brasas de Castellana to enjoy an exquisite Gyoza of cod tripe with pil pil of smoked herring, coconut milk and codium oil. The experience will continue at the Tarde.O bar, with a Morros croquette with tomato and bacon veil, accompanied by a Fiero Spritz Martini. Finally, the tour will conclude at the Flor y Nata pastry shop, where a final sweet will be served with a lemon tartlet with raspberry bavaroise, flavored with St-Germain liqueur and accompanied by a St-Germain Spritz.
