Las Llaves de Oro Españolas, the National Association of Hotel Concierges, would like to invite once again, on the occasion of Madrid Hotel Week, the families of Madrid to visit four of the most emblematic 5-star hotels in the city.

This activity at Family will consist of a guided tour of the assigned hotel, led by one of its Concierges, in which they will learn about the hotel's History and the functions of these professionals of luxury hotels and how they manage to make the wishes of the guests who visit us come true.

** Families who register for this activity will be entered into a drawing to be assigned to the hotel they will visit.
