Design and customize your own totebag in a two-hour experience that unites textile Art and creative wellness. Guided by Natalia Sánchez, occupational therapist and creator of ApoyosRed, the activity invites you to play with stencils, stamps and textile screen printing to create a unique design that speaks about you.

More than just an object, the totebag becomes a canvas for expression: every stroke and every color tells something about who you are and how you choose to present yourself to the world. You don't need previous experience; you just need to be willing to try, experiment and let yourself be carried away by the process.

While you paint and print, you will discover the pleasure of creating with your hands and the calm of a moment for yourself. The proposal encourages creativity as a tool for well-being, combining aesthetic enjoyment with the satisfaction of taking home a piece that reflects your identity.
