The hotel launches a weekly initiative that invites diners to surrender to calm, flavor and an environment carefully designed to promote disconnection. The Orfila Garden will be transformed into an intimate refuge illuminated by warm candlelight, where time slows down to allow you to enjoy a slow and conscious dining experience. It is an invitation to treat yourself to an authentic pause, to savor every detail of the menu prepared by executive chef Mario Sandoval, and to rediscover true luxury: to stop... and just be. The event will take place every Thursday evening at El Jardín de Orfila, the hotel's restaurant, an urban oasis where calm is breathed in every corner in the heart of the Chamberí district. The usual menu will be offered in a different, intimate atmosphere, designed to disconnect and accompanied by a different welcome cocktail every week.
